PageProof MCP lets teams ask questions about proofing activity in Claude, ChatGPT, and other compatible AI assistants, using current data from PageProof.

AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND — 14, October 2026 — PageProof, an industry-leading online proofing platform for enterprises, creative agencies, and marketing teams, today announced the launch of PageProof MCP. The new connection lets teams ask compatible AI assistants questions about their proofs, reviews, and approvals.

Teams can ask questions in plain language and get answers based on current PageProof data, helping them see what needs attention, understand approval progress, and prepare updates without compiling reports manually.

“PageProof MCP brings proofing insights into the AI workflows teams already use every day — so they can spot what needs attention, keep approvals moving, and report on their work directly from their AI assistant.”

Gemma Rann, CEO, PageProof.

What teams can do with PageProof MCP

See what needs attention — Find overdue proofs, pending decisions, work that may need a follow-up, and where to focus first.

For example, ask “Which of my proofs are overdue?” to see each late proof’s due date, status, and outstanding to-dos, with the ones that have been waiting longest at the top.

Find approval bottlenecks — Explore where proofs are waiting and how review activity is distributed across the team.

For example, ask “What’s the biggest bottleneck causing overdue proofs?” to see which workflow stage is holding up the most proofs, which approvers have the most waiting on them, and which proofs are stuck on outstanding to-dos.

Understand performance over time — Ask about proof approval times and other proofing trends to inform process improvements.

For example, ask “Give me an overview of proof approval times and other trends to be aware of” to see how on-time approvals are changing month by month, how many rounds proofs typically need, and where work tends to stall.

Prepare stakeholder updates — Turn proofing data into a clear summary for a team, client, or business leader.

For example, ask “How did our proofing perform this quarter compared with last, and what should leadership know?” to get a short overview of approval volumes, sign-off times, and on-time rates, along with the key areas to improve.

Ask questions using current PageProof data

PageProof MCP gives a compatible AI assistant a way to retrieve relevant proofing data from PageProof when a user asks a question. This can save teams from exporting reports and manually preparing data to use in an AI conversation.

“The useful part of MCP is that PageProof data can be considered alongside information from the other tools a team has connected to its AI assistant. That gives people a more complete view of their work and helps them get from a question to a useful update with fewer steps.”

Marcus Radich, CTO, PageProof.

How to get started

Setting up PageProof MCP takes just a few minutes. Claude users can find and add PageProof from the Connectors Marketplace, while users of other AI assistants can add it as a custom connector using the PageProof MCP URL. From there, users sign in to PageProof to complete the connection.

PageProof MCP is available now on all PageProof plans for members of a PageProof team.
