PageProof fresh new features: March 2024

We’re thrilled to share PageProof’s latest product updates for the month. Read on to learn all about our new enhancements and features that will take your online proofing experience to the next level.

Skip reviewers who previously approved a proof

Accelerate your online proofing workflows with our newest feature – skip reviewers who previously approved. When a reviewer in PageProof has given their stamp of approval on a proof, engaging them again for the next version may not be necessary.

This feature will move all reviewers who previously gave an approved or approved with changes decision into a new workflow step at the top of the workflow. The workflow will be then set to start after this step, automatically skipping reviewers who had previously approved. This not only respects their time but also drives your creative projects forward to meet deadlines quickly. See it in action.

New look for workflow templates

Workflow templates are a great way to save your favorite workflows, share them with your team and others to use, saving time when creating proofs. Our workflow templates now have a new look, designed for easy navigation, and descriptions have been displayed to provide a clear overview of each step within the workflow. You will also find a brand new download option that details each workflow along with reviewers and roles.

Making it simple to control when reviewers are invited to proof, ensuring key collaborators are involved, and that the appropriate stakeholder has the final approval. Learn more.

Two new webhooks

PageProof’s webhooks are a powerful tool for Teams Plus and Enterprise customers, enabling smooth integration with other business platforms and keeping you informed about proofing activities. Team administrators can utilize two new webhooks – when a proof is deleted, and when a proof is overdue. Webhooks are a game-changer for team productivity. So the minute something changes in your proofing workflow, your other business systems will be automatically notified too. Learn more.

Undo, redo, and delete markup

Undo, redo, and delete markup options are now available for the standard red pen tool.
The standard red pen tool lets you place multiple markup (pins, lines, boxes) directly on the proof to accompany your comment. You can also set your preferred keyboard shortcut for submitting a comment under your profile. Learn more.

New filter for imported PDF comments

Our PDF comment import feature is a perfect example of how PageProof brings reviewers together regardless of their preferred way of working. The PDF import feature makes consolidating feedback from different sources seamless. Allowing you to import PDF markup and comments from Adobe Acrobat directly into PageProof in just a few clicks. And now a handy comment filter allows you to see the comments placed by individuals from the imported PDF. Learn more.
