Comment labels for organization and clarity

Managing feedback across multiple departments, stakeholders, and review rounds can become complex fast, especially when comments are arriving from legal, compliance, marketing, and beyond.

Comment labels are customizable tags that can be applied to any comment during a review, giving every piece of feedback a clear category from the moment it’s left.

Editors know at a glance what kind of change is needed, stakeholders can see which of their comments have been actioned, and team leads can filter the comment list to focus on what matters most, whether that’s urgent items, compliance flags, or outstanding copy changes.

Labels are fully customizable, so teams can build a set that matches their own workflow and terminology.

The updated integration for monday.com

PageProof is now embedded directly into monday.com, so teams can create and open proofs without ever leaving their board.

That means you can start proofs where your work lives, with no need to pre-upload files to a files column, and keep review and approval flowing without switching tabs.

It’s a smoother, more connected way to move work from board to proof and back again.

The PageProof plugin for DaVinci Resolve

Video editors live in DaVinci Resolve, now the third most used video editing platform globally. But feedback has traditionally lived somewhere else entirely, scattered across email threads and shared drives disconnected from the edit.

The PageProof plugin for DaVinci Resolve Studio brings the full review and approval workflow directly into the editing environment. Comments land at the exact timecode, versions stay organised, and editors never have to switch tools to action feedback.

From inside DaVinci Resolve Studio, editors can create new proofs and upload versions in a few clicks, view frame-accurate comments tied to the timeline, reply to feedback, download attachments, and mark comments as done as changes are completed. It joins PageProof’s growing family of video integrations alongside Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.

The PageProof XTension for QuarkXPress

Designers working in QuarkXPress on print, publishing, and creative projects needed a faster way to gather stakeholder feedback without breaking their flow.

The PageProof XTension for QuarkXPress brings structured review and clear approvals directly into the design environment, keeping feedback connected to the layout. Designers can create proofs and new versions directly from QuarkXPress, see feedback and markup layered in context over their artwork, download attachments, reply to comments, place files directly into the layout, and mark comments as done. Every proof, version, and comment is tracked in PageProof’s secure audit trail, keeping the process connected from first layout to final approval.
