Enhanced Trello integration

The native Trello integration has been supercharged, making it easier than ever to create website URL proofs and email proofs directly from Trello cards.

New team collections management area

Team administrators now have access to a brand-new area for managing team collections.

Easily set up new collection folders, add searchable descriptions, and share with individuals — including external contacts. Remember, visibility of proofs inside collections remains controlled proof-by-proof for maximum security.

Need to copy a link, archive, or delete a collection? Just click the three-dot icon on the collection folder. And stay tuned for more improvements to this team administration space. Learn more.

Enhanced dimension pill

Look to the bottom left of the proofing screen to see the enhanced dimension pill.

The displayed information varies based on the proof type. But common metadata now includes the file name, extension, and size, along with crucial details like fonts, colors, and linked files.

It’s a handy update for teams focused on maintaining brand consistency and ensuring file details are in check. Learn more.

Reviewer decision webhook

Introducing a new webhook that triggers whenever a reviewer leaves a decision on a proof.

Plus, all webhooks now include the name of the current workflow step, offering deeper insights into the approval process. Learn more.
