ISO 27001 certification
We’re proud to announce our ISO 27001 certification for the PageProof Information Security Management System (ISMS) making PageProof one of the few online proofing platforms globally that is registered with this robust security standard. Alongside our patented triple-layer encryption, which underpins PageProof’s architecture, this certification will provide additional assurance to our customers regarding our data management and security practices.

Extended file type support for email proofing
Email proofing is a hugely popular feature – the ability to send a test HTML email from any email marketing tool, over to PageProof to automatically create an email proof. If your email marketing tool only allows sending a test email to a user rather than a specific email address, you’ll be excited to know we have extended file type support to include .eml and .msg files. Simply save your email as one of these types, then drag and drop the file onto the file dropper to create a proof. It’s as easy as that!
Achieve brand and marketing compliance with checklists!
Introducing checklists! We are hugely excited to share team administrators can now create checklist templates for your team to use when creating proofs. Checklists are a great way to provide a helpful list of items (or groups of items) that need checking by reviewers on the proof, and are perfect for ensuring marketing compliance needs are met – and audited along the way!
Checklists can be assigned to a proof in the proof setup screen, and you can control whether final approval on the proof can only be given after the checklist is complete. See checklists in action.
