October’s exciting feature releases include enhancements to the PageProof plugin for Adobe Creative Cloud apps and monday.com integration; and news of PageProof gaining certification of Ghent PDF Output Suite 5. Read on to learn more.
Adobe Creative Cloud add-on enhanced
We’re so excited to share the recent enhancements to the PageProof plugin for Adobe Creative Cloud apps. For designers, our Adobe extension will save huge time and effort by letting you quickly create proofs, see markup layered directly over your artwork files, action comments, and upload new proof versions directly from inside the Adobe design tools.
Adobe InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects are all supported with our single add-on that you can install from the Adobe Creative Cloud plugin marketplace.
Make sure you’re on the latest version to enjoy features like:
- uploading a proof to an existing collection
- creating a proof with pages as spreads
- including crop marks and bleed
- enabling the share link which allows you to copy the unique link of the proof and share with other reviewers outside of the workflow.
Adobe integration and monday.com
If you’re using monday.com as your project management tool, when you create a proof from the Adobe extension you can automatically create an item on your monday.com board. These items are kept in sync as the proof moves through its proofing lifecycle so you don’t need to lift a finger to always be on top of where your proofs are at.
Ghent PDF Output Suite 5 certified
We are proud to announce that PageProof is Ghent PDF Output Suite 5 certified and we are the only triple-layer encrypted, online proofing system that provides this ‘carbon copy’ accuracy. The Ghent test is created for professionals processing PDF files to determine if they are behaving as expected in graphic art production workflows.
PageProof also matches the Fogra quality control check against standard CMYK profiles – and we are one of the only online proofing systems to do so.
