PageProof fresh new features: January 2024

We’re thrilled to kick off the year with our latest updates and features for January 2024. Get ready for the latest enhancements and features that will take your online proofing experience to the next level.

Invisible reviewer comments

The introduction of invisible reviewer comments marks a serious advancement in ensuring confidentiality and independence in feedback for marketing teams working on multi-brand projects.

Invisible reviewer comments prevent reviewers from seeing comments from other teams, allowing for focused and unbiased feedback. It is particularly valuable for enterprise customers and marketing teams managing catalogues or brochures for multiple brands, where preserving the integrity of individual brand feedback is crucial. See it in action.

Website proofing enhancements

The latest enhancements to website proofing include a convenient keyboard shortcut, ‘V’, for navigating through different device types and sizes to check responsiveness. This feature streamlines the process for website reviewers, allowing them to easily verify how their content appears across various devices.

Additionally, a new reload content button has been introduced, providing reviewers with a quick way to see their changes reflected in real-time. These updates aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of website proofing tasks. See enhancements.

Version due date setting

Team administrators now have access to a helpful new set up option—version due date setting. This feature allows them to carry the due date for a proof over to new versions, a small quality of life improvement to help save admin time.

This further simplifies managing your approval timelines and enables teams to stay organized and on schedule more effectively. See how it works.

Custom color for gridlines

When aligning elements using gridlines, you now have the option to customize the gridlines’ color. Whether you want to match your brand’s colors or simply prefer a specific shade, having the ability to set a unique color adds a personal touch to your reviewing experience. Learn how.
