PageProof fresh new features: October-November 2025

At PageProof, we’re always refining the details that make creative review and approval easier, faster, and more predictable.

Our October and November releases focus on improving continuity, control, and visibility across your proofs – helping teams pick up where they left off, stay focused on what matters, and keep approvals moving without constant monitoring.

Dive in to see how these enhancements help your team move from feedback to approval faster than ever.

Key takeaways

  • Comment panels now remember your preferred sort order, making it easy to pick up reviews where you left off.
  • Schedule proofs to be sent exactly when you choose, so feedback requests go out at the right moment.
  • Find proofs faster with powerful new global search advanced filtering options.
  • Compare pages within the same proof to check alignment and consistency across a document.
  • Stay focused and informed with optional celebration controls, archived proofs hidden by default, and new final-approval email notifications.

1. Saved comment sort order

Picking up a review just got easier. PageProof now remembers how you prefer to sort comments in the comment pane. Whether you sort by newest first, oldest first, or comment number, your chosen view is saved automatically.

The next time you open the proof, comments appear exactly the way you left them – reducing friction and helping you stay focused during longer reviews.

2. Schedule proofs to send at the right moment

With scheduled proofs, you can now choose exactly when a proof is sent for review.

Whether you’re working late, finalising creative over the weekend, or timing feedback requests to align with stakeholder availability, scheduled proofs ensure your work reaches reviewers at the right time – without manual follow-ups.

This feature is available on Teams Plus and Enterprise plans.

Schedule proofs to be sent exactly when you need them to be.

3. Powerful new global search

Finding proofs is now faster and more flexible than ever.

Global search is available wherever you are in PageProof. Simply type / on your keyboard to apply quick filters, or use advanced filters to refine results further.

You can narrow searches by date, user role, and more – helping you jump straight to the proof you need without digging through collections or dashboards.

Global search allows you to narrow searches by date, user role, and more.

4. Compare enhanced: check consistency within a proof

Compare mode has been enhanced to support comparing the same proof within a document.

This is ideal for checking internal consistency, such as:

A simple but powerful improvement for quality control.

5. Collection sidebar update: focus on active proofs

We’ve added a new checkbox to the collections sidebar that hides archived proofs by default.

This helps teams focus on active work without clutter. If you need to revisit archived proofs, simply enable Show archived. Archived proofs are clearly marked with a dashed grey border, making them easy to distinguish from active work.

Archived proofs are now hidden by default.

6. New email notification for final-step approvals

Proof owners can now receive an email each time an approver in the final workflow step submits their decision.

These notifications include:

It’s an easy way to stay across approvals without checking proofs in real time.

7. Celebration effects, now with flexible controls

PageProof celebrations – including confetti pops, themed icons, and special effects, have long added a bit of fun to approvals.

Now, team admins and users can choose whether celebrations are displayed or turned off. This gives teams the flexibility to keep the dashboard lively or distraction-free, depending on preference.
