Introducing spell check, designed to help teams catch typos before final approval.

Now available in beta, PageProof’s spell check allows reviewers to identify and suggest corrections for spelling errors directly within the proofing interface. Highlighting potentially misspelled words, this integrated feature ensures teams can address errors early, without switching tools or disrupting their workflow.

PageProof’s spell check helps maintain brand integrity and supports clear communication at every review stage. Built directly into the proofing interface, spell check highlights misspelled words and displays up to three real-time suggestions when hovered over. With a single click, reviewers can create a comment using the suggested correction or input their own.

  • Brand consistency: Keep content professional and error-free across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborative review: Allow all reviewers to flag and suggest corrections in context.
  • Time and cost savings: Reduce rounds of revision and avoid rework.

Currently, PageProof’s spell check supports U.S. English, with additional dictionaries and a personal dictionary feature planned in future updates.

Spell check joins a suite of proofing tools within PageProof, including checklists, Smart Compare, and color check – all designed to deliver clarity, control, and confidence across your creative approvals.
