Fresh new features: November 2021
We love sharing details of new product releases each month. In November, there was something for everyone. The latest powerful features are perfect for designers, project managers working with monday.com, as well as reviewers in any team.
November’s exciting features include the addition of the drawing pen in compare mode, enhancements to notifications, another boost to our monday.com integration; gridlines in video proofs, and the ability to ‘skip all’ from the progress workflow icon. Read on to learn more.
Drawing pen in compare mode
You’ll be excited to see that our popular drawing pen tool is available in compare mode. You can now draw directly on proofs when comparing two versions side by side. Simply click the compare icon and choose the drawing pen tool.
Filter notifications
If you haven’t noticed yet, our Notifications received a lot of love and attention this month. A filter is now available in the notification pane – to filter for read & unread. It is here in the notification pane that you can snooze notifications too.
Monday.com integration enhanced
If you’re using monday.com as your project management tool, the decision summary pill information is now available. This is perfect for when the proof is updated with a reviewer decision – you will see this in monday.com automatically when integrated with PageProof.
Gridlines on video proofs
Have you ever wanted to check the alignment of artwork elements seen on a video proof? Our popular gridlines feature has been extended to video to let you do just this.
Tip: use the shortcut key g whilst viewing a proof to turn on gridlines.
‘Skip all’ from the proof tile
Skip all is now available on the workflow progress icon on the proof tile, perfect for when you want to skip users holding the proof up without needing to open the proof’s info pane.
