Effortlessly review collections with general comments
Reviewing a collection of proofs can be a time-consuming task, especially when you need to add the same comment to multiple proofs. With our latest feature, you can save time and streamline the process by adding a comment to multiple proofs at once. This feature allows you to select all the proofs in the collection, or just the ones you need to address, eliminating the need to open each proof and add the same comment repeatedly. Quick and easy.
PageProof & monday.com integration enhancement
We’ve been working with users to enhance our monday.com integration even further. You’ll find a new filter on the board to show proofs that reference subitems. Don’t forget, we not only have a board view, but an item view, dashboard view, and a dashboard widget too. PageProof’s new format option for Adobe Illustrator
Designers who work with Adobe Illustrator now have the option of selecting a new format when creating proofs and new versions. With our latest feature, you can choose between a native Illustrator file or a PDF to create the proof. This flexibility allows you to select the format that works best for your workflow, without having to switch between different programs. Additionally, the PageProof Adobe add-on displays all proof comments and markup layered over your design file, eliminating the need to work through changes in multiple screens.
