Seamless proofing for email marketing
We’re very excited to announce that we have rolled out yet another world-first feature, the ability to send any test email from any email marketing tool to PageProof. We support hundreds of popular email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Intercom, Sender, Emma, Ontraport, SendInBlue, Active Campaign, just to mention a few.
When you are ready to get feedback and approval on your email campaign, just send your test email as a proof through PageProof – no integration or set up is needed.
PageProof even enhances the feedback process by allowing your team to easily change their viewport to check how the email content responds to desktop, tablet, and mobile device views. Best of all, when reviewers use the red pen to add comments to the proof each comment captures the device size, browser, and scroll position. A simple and smart way to accurately and efficiently proof your next eDM.
OneDrive integration for business
Did you know you can select a file from OneDrive to create a proof? We’ve enhanced this feature to support your OneDrive business account as well as your personal account. After clicking the OneDrive icon on the file dropper, select Switch account to change between your personal and business accounts.
Order comments as you like
You can now order comments inside your comment pane by date, timecode, commented by person, and more. You can even reverse the order too. Click the new filter icon found at the top right of your comment pane or order comments as you like.
Enhanced search feature
Did you know you can search proofs by name, tags, message to reviewers, and file type in your PageProof dashboard? Simply type in any keyword and use any filter such as status and date range to further drill down your search results.
